Office hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday.
Is distance a problem? If you live in another city, state, or country (yes, we have overseas clients), we offer appointments via Zoom or phone.
Fees
Our professional fees (inclusive of GST) are as follows:
$130 for 60-minute session
$150 for 90-minute session
Couple
$170 for 90-minute session
Family
$260 for 90-minute session
Group Work
$170 per hour
$380 for complete profile includes 3 x 60-minute sessions
Couple
$500 for complete profile includes 2 x 90-minute sessions
$400 includes online questionnaire, 2 x 90-minute sessions and 20 page report

Cancellation Policy
When you make an appointment, this time is allocated to you. Unlike other professional services, cancellations made within 24 hours of an agreed appointment are rarely able to be filled. Any cancelled appointments reduce our ability to keep our fees at their current rate. Therefore any ‘no shows’ will be invoiced at full fee and any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will be invoiced at full fee. Fee payable before the start of next appointment.
Fees are to be paid in full before each session commences.

Medicare and other Private Health Fund rebates do not apply.
If you’re late for your scheduled appointment, the session will not be extended beyond the finish time (e.g. if you are 10 minutes late, your session will be 10 minutes shorter). Should your counsellor be late, you will receive your full session time.
