3 Actionable Steps for Change

Thinking about making a change but not sure where to start? Perhaps you are in the process but not sure if you are heading in the right direction.

Some of us set out to make a change but get distracted by all the external stuff, like a new job or a new location or new friends or a new romantic prospect and so on.

The reality is that changing your life starts with changing the way you see everything in your life.

I offer you three actionable steps you can use to start to change your life right now.

Define The Change.
Think about the change that you are struggling to make. Clearly define what that change is. Be as specific as possible.

Why Do You Want to Change?
List all the reasons that you want to make this change. Focus on the positives. What will this change improve in your life?

What if I Don’t Change?
Now list all the negative outcomes if you don’t make this change. How will it affect you? How will it impact the people you love?

These steps are useful – BUT they will not work unless you implement them.
