Early on the video was about Why I do what I do, and it has now progressed to giving people tips and hints on how to live life differently.
Why would I do this? Great question.
I did it as I’m always encouraging and supporting my clients to step up and to stretch their comfort zone.
In 2019, I was not really stretching myself in a lot of areas of my life, which sort of made me a hypocrite as I wasn’t walking the path, I encourage my clients I encourage to walk.
So …. I decided to do a video every day for 365 days and then I decided to stretch myself by doing it for another 365 days.
Did that and now have gone past 1000 days. My next goal is 1500 days!
What have I learnt?
1. It is easy to start something new, but it takes a lot of work to keep it going.
2. It takes discipline to do this every day (rarely I record a video in advance).
3. The longer you do something the easier it starts to become.

Not of these things are huge revelations BUT what would happen if you stretched yourself a little bit and moved out of your comfort zone?
For me I’m still learning and certainly not comfortable, but I am walking the talk.
